4th of July recitation of the Declaration of Independence 3

Staten Island OutLOUD, a community-based reading group, held its 4th of July community reading of the Declaration of Independence at Fort Wadsworth, near the shadow of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. This is one voice of many who read portions of the Declaration on that day.
